Couples Therapy

With couples therapy, the therapist essentially acts as the mediator so that both individuals have an equal chance to express themselves and have their voice heard. Family Therapy

If you’re going through a divorce and have young children, family therapy can be instrumental with all the feelings and emotions that come with a divorce. In many cases, children of parents going through divorce have feelings of abandonment, guilt, loss, pain or fear.
